This renovation project focused on transforming a dated space into a light and bright home with a classic, yet elevated design. One of the key challenges was maximizing functionality while creating a larger kitchen, a practical laundry room, a stylish powder room, and a spacious walk-in pantry. The overall aesthetic blends traditional charm with a casual, elegant feel, ensuring that every detail contributes to a welcoming and refined atmosphere.

Luxury touch
Featuring luxury appliances from Subzero and Viking Appliances, the kitchen is both beautiful and highly efficient, enhanced by timeless design elements such as a custom plaster hood and a striking herringbone brick floor.

Prioritizing functionality whilst keeping the same elegance was what inspired the walk-in pantry with abundant storage. With the addition of a hidden coffee bar the space truly became the perfect blend of function and luxury.
